Free Intro Class

We offer a free class for those new to yoga one Saturday a month. No registration is required for this class.

Intro to Yoga i - 6  Week Series
$75 - registration required
This introduction to the fundamentals of yoga will teach you correct alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques. Increase flexibility as you strengthen, tone, and revitalize your body. Perfect to students new to yoga and those wanting to reacquaint themselves with the basics.

Intro to Yoga ii - 8 Week Series
$95 - registration required
For students who have completed our "Intro to Yoga" series and want to continue to the next level. We will explore and examine the basic postures more deeply, as well as introduce new postures. Slightly more challenging and vigorous than Intro I. A great transition class!
