Kick your practice into high gear with Yoga Boot Camp!
Invigorate the early chilly mornings with invigorating
winter boot camp, an hour of energizing, fabulous yoga! Start your day with Yoga Boot
Camp, a series designed to invigorate and energize! Boot
camp sessions begin every weekday morning at 6:15am. These
sixty-minute power yoga classes are suitable for beginners
as well as advanced students, and will leave you feeling
fabulous. No whistles or yelling, just unbeatable pricing
and great teaching! Several options to choose from:
- Drop-in on boot camp classes using your class card
or monthly pass. Feel amazing for the rest of your day
- Register for one week (Monday – Friday) for only
$45. Feel amazing for an entire week!!
- Commit to a 4-week boot camp intensive for only $150
and experience what consistent effort brings to core
strength, cardio fitness, flexibility, positive attitude
and abundance of energy!!
Up for a challenge? Attend all 20 classes, receive a WHY
towel, tank, and water bottle for your tapas!!

INTRO TO YOGA 8 Week Series/6 Week Series This introduction to the fundamentals of yoga will
teach you correct alignment, breathing and relaxation
techniques. Increase flexibility as you strengthen, tone, and
revitalize your body. Perfect to students new to yoga and
those wanting to reacquaint themselves with the basics.

WHY KIDS - SPECIAL NEEDS
4 week series - becca

This yoga class is specifically designed for children
ages 4 - 10 who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Asperger’s
Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your child will learn
fun yoga poses to promote body awareness, increase
flexibility and strength, sing playful songs and learn
breathing techniques to decrease hyperactivity and improve
concentration. Parents are strongly encouraged to
participate in the yoga class.

WHY KIDS

Brings the basics and benefits of yoga to your little
ones as they have fun with “downward dog”, “tree”, “cobra”
and more. A safe space for your kids to move and breathe,
led by a yoga instructor specifically trained to work with
youngsters and their needs. Calms and centers the growing
body and mind.

MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION
5 Week Series and 1/2 Day Retreat - sharon gutterman
Learn how sweet it is to be in the present moment with
mindfulness practices including sitting and walking
meditation, breath awareness, body scan, yoga, mindful
eating, mindful communication and group support. Thousands
of people worldwide have participated in and benefited from
the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program based on the
work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. Sharon Gutterman, Ph.D. has trained
under the direction of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, completed the
practicum at U. Mass. Medical Center, and has taught the
MBSR series at WHY for several years.
