Donna’s introduction to fitness came 10 years ago when she began to focus on
her own well being. As an ex-smoker who proceeded to lose over 145 pounds, her
journey lead her to fully embrace the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Emotional
connection. She was introduced to Hatha Yoga at a fitness conference in April,
2003 where she was certifying as a Mind-Body Personal Trainer. The experience
expanded her view of Yoga and what it could bring into her life as well as
others. It is her heart felt desire to share what she's learned with her
students, so that they too may enjoy life from a well balanced whole way of
being. |
