Come explore a holistic approach to yoga practice that addresses the fullness of our health and wellbeing. What calls from within you for transformation? Cheri and Heather specialize in guiding and supporting you through a combination of challenging Yang (powerful flow) Yoga, quiet and introspective Yin Yoga, and gentle, nurturing Therapeutic Yoga to create an optimal environment for healing and balance. Each of these practice styles accesses different mental, emotional and physical edges and each gives us unique and valuable methods to meet ourselves with intelligence and compassion.

Cheri Clampett, ERYT 500 is co-author of the Therapeutic Yoga Kit and is the founder of the Therapeutic Yoga Training Program. She is a certified yoga therapist and instructor. She has co-led the Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher Training and has presented Therapeutic Yoga at the White Lotus Foundation Teacher Training, Integral Yoga Institute, Himalayan Institute, Beth Israel Medical Center, and the Rusk Institute at NYU Medical Center. Cheri currently teaches yoga at the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. As a certified Yoga Therapist, Cheri focuses on the healing aspects of yoga: freeing the body, breath and flow of energy through practicing with awareness, compassion and love. www.therapeuticyoga.com

HeatherTiddens, ERYT 500, teaches yoga and leads ceremony to support people in embodying their most authentic selves. Her classes are known for their physical intensity and detailed instruction, as well as being a safe, compassionate space for students to explore their spiritual, emotional and physical healing and growth. Her teaching is grounded in her training and studies integrating Yin and Yang (active Hatha) Yoga, hands-on healing, mindfulness practices and Indigenous ceremony ways. She is passionately committed to turning people on to embodying spirit in their yoga practice and in their lives. CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments for workshops and class series are non-refundable, but may be converted into credit with West Hartford Yoga (minus $25 processing fee or your non-refundable deposit) if cancellation is made within a minimum of 72 hours before the beginning of the the program. Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
