Kayla Howell, LMT (License #11424), graduated from Cortiva Institute in Cromwell. She believes that massage has been misbranded as a luxury instead of as a staple for any wellness routine. Her background as a yoga teacher helps her to connect with clients and integrate rest and relaxation into their lives.
