Sarajean Rudman is a New England-based Yogini, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Clinical Nutritionist, Health and Wellness Coach, Fitness Instructor, and Outdoor Adventure Guide with two decades of experience in holistic health and wellness. She has been leading yoga teacher trainings for the past 15 years, sharing her deep knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, and integrative health with aspiring teachers and practitioners.

Sarajean is an E-RYT-500 through Yoga Alliance, a certified Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and a NAMA-credentialed Ayurvedic Practitioner. Her approach integrates the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga with modern science, offering a comprehensive path to health, healing, and transformation.

As adjunct faculty at Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), Maharishi International University (MIU), and the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Sarajean brings her passion for yoga, Ayurveda, and integrative wellness into academic and teacher training settings. She is also the founder of Postmodern Wellness which aims to revolutionize how individuals integrate ancient healing traditions with modern lifestyle practices.
