Naima Craft (Wednesdays)
Naima entered the world of yoga in 2023 with an introduction to Bikram yoga. As her practice deepened, she introduced Ashtanga, Power and Yin styles that allowed her to expand on and evolve her breathwork and meditation practice. In 2025 she joined WHY’s 200 Hour Teacher Training to continue her yogic exploration.
Naima is always in the pursuit of mastering the art of being present. Her love of yoga, coupled with the power of Intention, has not only awakened her soul connection but also heightened and guided her intuitive abilities with others.
When Naima isn't practicing yoga she is diligently baking goods for her artisanal bakery, The Craft, and you might even run into her at the quaint Collinsville farmers market.
Nicolette Nealy (Wednesdays)
With over a decade of yoga practice, Nicolette began her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2025 to deepen her connection to the practice and share its grounding benefits with others. Yoga has been a steady source of calm for both mind + body, and pairing it with time in nature—her favorite setting—makes the experience even more powerful. Believing the combination of yoga & nature to be the perfect balance, offering a deep sense of presence + peace.
Nicolette values the strong sense of community that yoga brings, and is inspired to help others feel more centered, peaceful, & present.
When not practicing or teaching, Nicolette enjoys working in hospitality, spending time with loved ones, getting lost in a good book, gardening, hiking, & biking.
Natalie Bryden (Sundays)
Natalie’s journey with yoga began in early 2024, when she found herself craving a deeper sense of calm, presence, and self-awareness. Inspired by the positive changes yoga brought to her life, she enrolled in West Hartford Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training in 2025.
As both an elementary school teacher and yoga instructor, Natalie approaches her classes with curiosity, compassion, and intention, offering students a welcoming space to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. She hopes her students leave feeling more grounded, open, and at ease.
When she’s not guiding second graders or on the mat, you can find Natalie planning her next adventure or enjoying quiet moments in nature.
Sara Pelletier (Sundays)
It all started in 2018 with a spontaneous “you’re coming to class” from Sara’s friend, yogi, and hairdresser. She said yes (because you never say no to someone holding scissors) and by 2019, yoga had become her anchor in an internal world that was anything but steady.
In 2023 Sara took her first class at WHY and slowly found a sense of home and stability both in class and working behind the front desk. She joined the 2025 WHY Teacher Training with no intentions of teaching. Funny how that works…
Sara hopes to offer space - to gently challenge yourself, remember you’re not alone, and most of all, show up as you are.
Outside of the studio you can find her loving hard on her people, trying to crack the code on gf/df baking, creating art, or cruising on her rollerblades.
